How are Cappadocia hot air balloon tours operated?

You will be collected from your accommodation and transported to the balloon company office for a quick breakfast and registration.

The balloon ride will begin approximately 1.5 hours before sunrise.

While you eat breakfast, the pilots check the weather to find the best take-off spots. Each day these takeoff points will change to ensure you have the best possible flight experience.

You will be taken to the specified take-off position after receiving confirmation from the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority.

While you are waiting for the balloons to be ready, you may see the final steps of balloon inflation.

Once the preparations are complete, your 1-hour flight over the unique landscape of Cappadocia begins. Please note that this duration can be 10 minutes or so depending on weather conditions.

After landing safely, our guests will be treated to a traditional champagne celebration and given their flight certificates to remind them of this unique experience. Later they will be transferred back to their hotel with great memories.

• Since this tour starts early in the morning, it is recommended to bring a jacket or a hoodie.
• Children under 6 years old are not allowed to fly.
